About

Are you facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, or a major life transition? Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's not uncommon to feel unprepared or alone in managing these experiences. You're not alone—and support is available. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to foster insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful growth. As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges and move toward becoming the best version of yourself.

Meet Nosa - MA, LLP

I am a Michigan Master’s Limited Psychologist with clinical experience across university counseling, community mental health, private practice, and outpatient settings. My training has included providing individual therapy, intake assessments, crisis support, psychological assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, academic and work-related stress, and major life transitions. I have experience supporting college students, working professionals, and individuals from a variety of cultural and personal backgrounds.

My approach is grounded in an existential-humanistic framework that recognizes the importance of culture, identity, personal history, and lived experience—not only symptoms or behaviors. I am especially committed to providing culturally responsive and affirming care to Black, LGBTQ+, immigrant, and third-culture clients.

I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, learn practical strategies for managing distress, and move toward meaningful and authentic change.
